He is able to secure a date with the girl, Mercedes, and it is assumed he will drive. But, he doesn’t have his license yet. When it comes time for his driving test, he fails. He doesn’t want to risk the chance at going out with Mercedes, so he decides to go anyway. Not only does he disobey his parents by going in the first place, but he takes his grandfather’s prized possession – his Cadillac. Will he get through the night without wrecking the car, and get away with sneaking out, or will his plan collapse? |

San Jose Police No reason why I got stopped?
Got pulled over on a 45 MPH road. I was going about 35-40 MPH, San Jose Police officer behind a pick up truck on my right shoulder. As we drove the pick up truck sped up to a high speed the cop was behind him at a visible distance. A few seconds later as we drive the pick up disappears the cop get’s behind me and fallows me for about 1 min and a half. He flashed his lights, I signal and pulled to my right shoulder. As he approached to the passenger window he asked for My ID and my friends id (passenger side) I tell him "Officer, I have a suspended driver’s license" so he goes and checks our ID he comes back he tells me to step out, he patches me down, sits me on the sidewalk, my friend is told to sit in the side walk, one officer searches my car and it comes out clean. The other officer tells me he will issue me a ticket for driving under a California suspended license. He issues me a ticket for Suspended license, and puts a note on the side "tinted windows" …………. then he let’s me go tells me to safely park my car on the next right nearest street. Can I win this in court? I need advice, should I plea not guilty? I feel like this was just racial profiling. I think this is not fair. I got pulled over for no reason. What should I do. He also asked for my right thumb finger print.
You are guilty of driving with a suspended license. However, given your account of what happened, I would agree that he had no probable cause to pull you over. Did he give you any information as to why he pulled you over before you admitted having a suspended license? And no offense, but are you of Hispanic descent? On I-5 and the states which it runs through, the police are infamous for pulling people over for DWM – Driving While Mexican, as we call it in Oregon. I would consult an attorney, but odds are, the most you can do is filing a complaint against the officer. Honestly, it won’t do much, as it’s up to the police chief what happens (from my understanding), but odds are, if this was racial profiling, this cop has done it before. If there are enough complaints about the guy, then eventually, something has to be done before someone notices and comes down on anyone protecting the cop by neglecting to do anything about complaints against him. What games do you guys think I should get and why?
Alright so my birthday is coming up on the 28th and someone wants to get me a new game for my PS3. So far we plan to get GH5 but I’m not too sure if I want to get it. I heard that MAG comes out around the 26th or something like that and I kinda liked it. But I only have 1 Guitar Hero and the one I have sucks so I want a better one. I’ve been thinking I could just get it later on and maybe get another game instead, I don’t really know too much about the new releases or top sellers I just want a game that might suit what I like.

Lately I’ve been playing a lot of shooting games but my favorite genre are the awesome RPGs. I don’t know of too many of them though so yeah. I’m considering getting Resident Evil 5 or MAG. I need a lot of suggestions that are games around my type. 10 Points for the person who names the game I decide to get. Cheers!
Personally I don’t want to buy Uncharted without renting it since it doesn’t seem like that good of a game, well it won’t interest me anyway. In the end I got Tekken 6 which is a kind of confusing game and I might return it. But I will check out one of the suggestions on Gamestop.
since you like RPG’s I suggest you try valkyria chronicles it came out a couple of years ago and was a great RPG. The game itself got great reviews from critics. Good game play story is about a small town getting caught in the middle of the war and they fight to save their home town. game is also only 20 dollars you can find it at gamestop. and since its only 20 dollars maybe you can get two games

boarderlands is a pretty cool shooter. and you cant go wrong with call of duty modern warfare 2

Resident Evil 5 isn’t really that good of a game.
I suggest getting Uncharted 2. It won Game of the Year 2009 from many gaming websites like Game Informer, IGN, Destructoid, 1UP, G4TV and many more. It’s an amazing game and a must have for the PS3.
For RPG’s, you can wait for Final Fantasy 13. There’s Borderlands which is a hybrid shooter and rpg game. Make your choice.

Charley is enraged by what has happened and by his father keeping Raymond’s existence from him for his entire life. He kidnaps Raymond from his residential home but then finds that Raymond will only fly Qantas. The two begin a long road trip that will lead them to an understanding of each other. |

getting soaked in rain? is it a real fun?
my wife always loves rains and many times when it rains heavily, she loves staying in the open in our courtyard for a few minutes. during the recent rain my wife was away from home. then the next day my 2 old neigbhours asked me why my wife hadnt come out in the rain. i was surprised that they were watching her during those moments. when my wife cam back i told about the neighbhours enquiry and she was happy that people really liked enjoying the rain. I told her that they might have enjoyed her in the rain (in bare) and not the rain.she never believed my words but subsequent rain she stood for 5-10 minutes as usual (in bare without any dress) and to my surprised those 2 old men came home and cheered her. when she asked them to join they too joined with their dresses. now 1 more friend of these old man has joined and they come home during the rains. is it real fun in rain?

Yes it is, you can watch the home videos of her on YouTube, they all seem very happy dancing in the rain.
